Dr. Linda Yau graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University. She received her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Yau finished her residency in Internal Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.

She worked for the Johns Hopkins Medical Services Corporation at the East Baltimore Medical Center, and served on the part time faculty of the Johns Hopkins Hospital until moving to the Washington, D.C. area in 1999. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been listed as one of the best doctors by Washingtonian magazine. Dr. Yau lives in Maryland with her husband, an ophthalmologist, and their three children.
